Electronic publicity corresponds to logos displayed on the conference website and in the conference rooms or online sessions on slides during the breaks.
Printed publicity includes Gold posters, Diamond posters and Platinum posters. The posters show the logos in different size. The Gold, Diamond, and Platinum posters will be displayed as shown in the table. Printed publicity also includes conference flyers that display the sponsors’ logos, distributed at the InfoPoint.
Gold Sponsors can use an advertising space on the screens in the conference lobby for information about company, products etc. Platinum Sponsors will also be offered a stand (table) in the conference foyer for product presentations, company presentation, etc.
Platinum Sponsors will be invited to make a presentation at a plenary session.
Other forms of sponsorship may be considered at the sponsor's request.
